Rating Comments: Faytene has long been an ally of the pro-life and pro-family movement. She has solid Christian principles on these issues and is a faithful advocate for pro-life values and parental rights in education. Faytene was also the organizer of a petition campaign supporting Premier Higgs' Policy 713, which requires parental consent before children are allowed to impersonate the opposite sex at school.

For the October 2024 New Brunswick provincial election, this riding will have a modified boundary and will become known as Hampton-Fundy-St. Martins.
